Marina Kramarenko is a Ukrainian jazz musician, composer, pianist, piano teacher and accompanist currently an AR-Resident in Helsinki.
Kramarenko graduated from the R. Glier Kyiv Institute of Music in 1999 with a specialization in Jazz and Piano. She also received a Master’s degree in Musicology from the Ukrainian National Academy of Culture and Arts Management in 2017.
Currently, Kramarenko is a part of multiple music groups and projects, including Safety-Trio, where she is a composer, arranger and pianist, as well as the Steingears Tribute project, in which she plays the keyboard. She has also been a participant in the Tribute Sakamoto project, the “JAZZ BEZZ » festival, the “Jazz Koktebel » festival, and others. Aside from her own practice, she has been involved in recording music for movies, commercials, and as a session musician for music studios since 2000.
