Baltic Gallery of Contemporary Art is the only institution in the Słupsk region (the area of the former province) whose task is to popularize modern art. Baltic Gallery of Contemporary Art is a council organization unit financed by Marshal Office of Pomeranian province. In its premises the Baltic Gallery of Contemporary Art runs different forms of activities related to propagation of modern art. Best artists from Poland and abroad are invited to participate. Other forms of activities, which are very popular, are lectures about the latest modern art and practical workshops or lessons.
