Asortymentna Kimnata (Assortment Room) serves as a hub in Ivano-Frankivsk, functioning as a comprehensive platform supporting various formats of contemporary art on the “periphery.” Established by Insha Osvita (Other Education) in 2017, its primary mission is to delve into the local artistic landscape of Frankivsk and its environs, exploring both the tangible and conceptual aspects. Committed to pioneering solutions for uncompromising decentralization, Asortymentna Kimnata plays host to exhibitions, residencies, educational programs, and musical events.
Asortymentna Kimnata is a part of the Artists at Risk (AR) Ukraine-Internal Residency Network.
This programme is organised by Perpetuum Mobile (PM) as part of the Artists at Risk (AR)-Network in partnership with UNESCO and with the support of Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts and Teiger Foundation.
