Urban culture institute (Art-Cluster “Na Poshti”) is the creative cluster with a residency in Ternopil. «Na Poshti” – opened in 2021–is the only gallery of contemporary art in Ternopil, it has a bar and a concert hall for 300 people.
Na Poshti is a part of the Artists at Risk (AR) Ukraine-Internal Residency Network.
This programme is organised by Perpetuum Mobile (PM) as part of the Artists at Risk (AR)-Network in partnership with UNESCO and with the support of Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts and Teiger Foundation.
