Join us on November 14 as Artists at Risk (AR) and No Callarem celebrate five years of No Callarem – Artists at Risk Barcelona! For half a decade, No Callarem has been a lifeline for artists facing repression, offering them a safe space to keep creating and raising their voices without fear.
- 6 PM – Panel discussion with Natalia Moyano, Argentine artist and human rights lawyer Natalia Moyano (Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo and H.I.J.O.S.) and Co-Directors of Artists at Risk (AR) Ivor Stodolsky and Marita Muukkonen. The conversation is moderated by Anna Cerdà, activist and co-director of Parallel 62.
- 8:30 PM – Monologue excerpt “Palabra de Negra” by artist Maisa Sally-anna Perk, exploring themes of identity, human rights, and anti-racism.
- 9 PM – La Furia de los Pájaros concert and musical poetry tribute honouring the courage of the exiled, refugees, and persecuted artists who gave their lives for social justice.
