Cultural Traffic is a Kharkiv-based NGO supporting artistic and research-driven practices through residencies, exhibitions, research projects, and heritage initiatives that strengthen local cultural knowledge in eastern Ukraine. Its rural residency Slow River House offers artists a space for focused work, experimentation, research, and recovery, encouraging engagement with the surrounding natural landscape and local community while supporting practitioners working in challenging border-region contexts.
