Sopiko Gvimradze (TINDRA) is a Georgian multidisciplinary artist, actor and performer whose practice moves between theatre, performance, experimental music, sound, text and moving image.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Drama Acting and a Master’s degree in Performing Arts from Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film Georgia State University, she has developed her artistic practice through theatre productions, independent performances and interdisciplinary collaborations.
Rooted in acting and theatrical practice, her work explores the body as a living archive, memory, language, presence and transformation. She is particularly interested in the intersection of theatrical expression and experimental forms, where sound, silence, visual image, movement and text become independent artistic languages.

Alongside her performance practice, she develops TINDRA, her experimental electronic music project, through which she brings together electronic sound, poetry and theatrical elements.
During her residency, Sopiko intends to share her accumulated knowledge and experience in theatre and acting through collaborative exchange and knowledge-sharing activities. She will also be developing her first original solo album, marking an important new chapter in her musical practice.
Her approach to art is rooted in the idea of being a receiver, a transmitter and a sharer — continuously transforming personal experiences into artistic expression and collective exchange.
