Yuliia Odokiienko is a Ukrainian emerging artist, independent performer, actress, and acting teacher.
She is an actress with the independent theatre Nafta and teaches acting at the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture. She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Drama Theatre and Film Acting from the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture. In addition, she completed a training program in Dance Movement Therapy at the Ukrainian Psychological Center.
Her artistic practice exists at the intersection of contemporary theatre and performance. Through her work, she explores performative forms and approaches to artistic expression while developing projects that combine research, embodiment, and live performance.
Alongside her artistic practice, she is actively engaged in teaching, working with emerging actors and performers. Her professional experience includes participation in theatre laboratories, artistic residencies, and festivals, all of which have shaped her interdisciplinary approach to contemporary performance and theatre.
