Yelizaveta Polovinkina is a Ukrainian children’s book illustrator and writer from Dnipro.
Since 2015, Polovinkina has been working with watercolours as a freelance illustrator. She illustrates children’s books, paints portraits and designs Instagram pages. Her meticulous work with watercolours, as well as thorough design of characters and their expressions, result in books with lively characters in brightly coloured pictures that attract the attention of not only children but also adults. She works with both publishers and private clients.
During her professional career, she has illustrated numerous books with watercolours, such as Monster Mo (2022), Artem in the Country on the Contrary (Publishing KS Books, 2020) and Peter Pan (2017).
Yelyzaveta Polovynkina is an ARTISTS at RISK (AR)-UNESCO Resident at Annie Tempest Studio, UK, with the support of the UNESCO Heritage Emergency Fund and the UNESCO-Aschberg Programme for Artists and Cultural Professionals.
