Artist at Risk (AR) is delighted to welcome Kulttuuritalo Päiväkoti Residency to be part of the AR-Finalnd network! The residency is aimed for the artists and other creatives both locally and internationally. We integrate Vitaliy Chenskyy as our residency guest to the local community, artists and to the Culture Capital of Europe Oulu2026 -organization. We will offer support with artistic work and displaying art.
